MFE (Made for Excellence) teaches FFA members about
self-discovery of talents, strengths, interests and personal character are emphasized as the individual is channeled to discover their passion in life.

ALA (Advance Leadership Academy) focuses on how a leader can be comfortable with their own self and self-purpose, they can discover how to work with others, consider diverse prospective and establish a goal.

Sacramento, CA
Eligible for: Top 60 Seniors in California
Students step into the role of one of California's State legislators, are assigned a specific California district and spend four days in Sacramento. SLE is all about the role of government, agricultural policy and advocacy. This conference focuses on "DO: the ability of the individual leader and team to put their vision into action.”

The California State FFA Leadership Conference is held each April with over 5,000 plus FFA members and guests from across the California in attendance. At State Leadership Conference, members participate in general sessions educational leadership workshops, a career show and engage in delegate sessions to accomplish the business of our association.

The National FFA Convention is an annual convention of FFA members from around the nation and abroad. It is the largest youth convention in the country. The National FFA Convention was held in Kansas City, Missouri from 1928 to 1998. It is was held in Louisville, Kentucky from 1999 until 2005. The convention is now held in Indianapolis, Indiana through 2022.

During the five-day event, attendees learn how to become effective leaders by learning their purpose, how to value people, how to take action and how to serve others.
FFA members leave WLC with the knowledge and the confidence to act in ways that help their schools, community and their country.

World Ag Expo is the world's largest annual agricultural exposition. More than 1,500 exhibitors display the latest in farm equipment, communications and technology on 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space. Free seminars focus on a variety of topics important to dairy producers, farmers, ranchers and agribusiness professionals.

Cal Poly’s College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences host a two-day event known as, "Cal Poly 26 Hours" this conference is designed to expose student to the vast careers and opportunities in the area of agriculture at the same time think about their future after high school.
